Lot Attendant

Position Summary
An exciting opportunity to work with all of the new inventory on our lot! You will be an important member of our staff, ensuring everything is well-organized and clean. We expect all applicants to have strong customer service skills and the ability to switch between tasks and adjust priorities. 


Responsibilities:
  • Washing customer vehicles
  • Shuttling customers to and from the dealership
  • Keeping the lot clean and organized
  • Checking orders to ensure they arrive as listed
  • Maximizing space on the dealership by managing parking space and inventory effectively
  • Performing routine maintenance on stored cars and inventory

Requirements
  • Customer service background
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset
  • Ability to self-manage tasks and change priorities

Position Summary
Work in the front lines of customer service at the Gold Key auto group! Ensuring customer satisfaction is critical to the success of the business, and as the first point of contact for many customers, you will have a critical role in the sales process. This position requires someone who is a combination of detail-oriented, customer saavy, and able to take on a number of diverse and varied tasks around the dealership.

Position Summary:

We are looking for the brightest and most driven Sales Professional to join our sales team. Our Audi Brand Specialists promote and ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction, with a desire to earn an above industry income. You will work in the luxury and comfort of a state-of-the-art showroom, designed by the renowned architecture firm of Allmann Sattler Wappner of Munich. You will be provided with ongoing product training by Audi Canada  


Responsibilities:

  • Promote and complete the sale of new, pre owned and certified pre owned vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service and details.
  • Quoting leasing, financing and cash payment options with a knowledgeable and accurate understanding of each of the options using One Eighty
  • Handling sales inquiries in the showroom, internet leads, telephone calls and service customers promptly, courteously and professionally
  • Achieving a high level of CSI and monthly assigned new and pre owned sales volume objective 

Requirements:

  • Post secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Previous Audi sales experience or European luxury brand (2 years minimum)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to negotiate and close sales 
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence
  • Provincial Sales License (VSA)
