Position Summary

Work in the front lines of customer service at the Gold Key auto group! Ensuring customer satisfaction is critical to the success of the business, and as the first point of contact for many customers, you will have a critical role in the sales process. This position requires someone who is a combination of detail-oriented, customer saavy, and able to take on a number of diverse and varied tasks around the dealership.

  • Answering Phones
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Filing and organizing paperwork
  • Sending, receiving, and managing mail
  • Facilitating dealer trades
  • Creating stock numbers for vehicle management system
  • Checking in new vehicles

  • Proficient in professional customer communication
  • Fluent with MS Word, profficiency in other MS Office products a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
  • Strong reasoning abilities in asking and responding to questions, recording information, and resolving problems
